The GODESS in traditional Indian Tantra

in Indian Tantra the Goddess is worshipped in many different aspects. However, worship does not mean adoration, because:

the Godess is not far away in a transcendental seclusion, but SHE is THAT which is, She is the Sun, She is Earth, Moon and the whole material nature..
Every human (puruscha) being is an embodiment of universal unity as puruscha-Shakti.

So "goddess" is rather an image, a figurative personification of the absolute reality that is beyond all images and conceptions.
